All repairs are disassembled and professionally cleaned ultrasonically. They are then re-assembled, properly lubricated, and correctly adjusted. Manufacturer’s torque specifications are strictly adhered to, using accurate dial torque wrenches.

Regulators are subjected to comprehensive function tests, including static and dynamic intermediate pressure readings at 3000 psi and 500 psi supply (tank) pressure; precise inhalation and exhalation effort flowmeter Magnehelic tests; vacuum testing of the 2nd stages utilizing a sensitive dual-scale manometer testing machine; submersible pressure gauge calibration test against our accurate panel gauges.  A.I.R* Atmospheric Inhalation Resistance tests are available, generating a performance line graph illustrating 2nd stage inhalation performance at graduated higher flow rates by flow meter testing; in addition to predicting inhalation performance, maximum sustainable flow and venturi control function of the 2nd stage can also be determined.

All regulators are run on a cycling machine for a minimum of 250 cycles, to insure the correct high pressure and low pressure seat mating.  Depth gauge calibrations are available, using our pressure-integrated depth test chamber.  We have the most extensive parts inventory in the region, and only use the highest quality tools.

We perform all aspects of scuba service, including regulators, buoyancy compensating devices, valves, tank hydrostatic testing, tank internal/external cleaning, tank visual inspection, and service to Nitrox/EAN equipment to oxygen service standards.

All aluminum tanks receive neck crack inspection using Visual Plus, a non-destructive technology utilizing electrical eddy currents to detect the smallest of flaws. All tank visual inspections are performed to PSI and CGA standards.
